Diamond Head Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Raht as Director of Sales and Marketing effective April 12, 2022.
Sarah has worked in Sales and Marketing for the development industry for over 15 years, successfully marketing and selling over 1000 homes on the North Shore, Fraser Valley and Tri- Cities areas. Sarah started as a Sales Project Coordinator for Polygon Homes for 3 years, then moved to the residential resale market for 3 years at Royal LePage Sussex, with a focus on North and West Vancouver. Since 2012, Sarah worked as a Sales Manager for some of the most prominent real estate development companies in the city, including Polygon Homes, Aragon Construction, Concordia Properties and most recently, Mosaic Homes.
Sarah, a licensed realtor since 2006, has a passion for learning. She has a Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University and is currently completing a Degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and an Architecture and Building Technology Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Sarah is the proud mother of two daughters and can be seen on the sidelines cheering for them on the soccer pitch or at gymnastics. Sarah is actively involved in her community and volunteers with the Advisory Design Panel for the City of Pitt Meadows.
