Jason manages and oversees all aspects of Diamond Head Development’s development and construction operations based out of Squamish, BC. In 2004, Jason founded DHD and has completed numerous and varied projects including the build of hundreds of homes both as custom residential projects and within multifamily residential communities; and commercial projects including a medical centre and elementary school. Jason has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Jacqui oversees the financial well-being of Diamond Head Development and affiliated companies through timely and accurate financial accounting, reporting and budgeting. Working closely with the DHD and finance team, she implements and maintains appropriate policies, procedures and control systems to manage the financial and administrative operations of DHD and mitigate risk. Jacqui has 10 years of accounting expertise, a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Financial Services and is a CPA.
Holly oversees all aspects of sales and marketing within DHD including strategizing, creating, planning and executing campaigns and the sale of housing product within company projects. A licensed Realtor and Managing Broker, Holly brings over a decade of experience in sales and marketing within the residential development industry. She has contributed to over 30 new home projects throughout BC, selling thousands of homes. Holly holds a diploma from BCIT and a bachelor’s degree from SFU.
Scott oversees the execution and deliverables of construction projects to ensure on time, within budget and in accordance with specifications. Together with his site supervision team, he ensures efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control and clear communication of expectations to stakeholders throughout each projects’ lifecycle. Scott will be there from the first point of interest through to the end of the warranty period with every project. Scott has 10 years of construction experience with DHD from single family custom homes to multi-family builds and a degree in Business Administration – Management and Marketing.
As a site supervisor, Scott works with DHD staff, sub-trades and our consultant team. Scott works on-site daily, coordinating activities to ensure that the project runs smoothly and safely from start to finish. Scott brings over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry throughout western Canada, managing residential, commercial, and institutional projects over his career. Scott, an avid skier, can be found most weekends in the winter on the runs of Whistler Blackcomb.
Bryon manages the build, daily site construction and coordination of various civil build projects. Bryon is on the site daily working closely with all sub-trades to ensure the site is run safely and efficiently; and built to code and DHD’s quality standards. Bryon has 9 years of construction experience in both residential and civil site supervisor roles and on a golf scholarship, obtained a Bachelor of Arts.
Max assists the Project Manager in managing the build and daily site construction and coordination of various build projects. Max is on the site daily supervising the sub-trades to ensure the site is run safely and efficiently; and built to code and DHD’s quality standards. Max has 18 years of construction experience including as a Carpenter and General Contractor.
Gillian oversees all the day to day accounting duties for DHD and affiliated companies, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reporting and office administration. Gillian prioritizes the importance of excellent relationships within the company; and with clients and service providers. Gillian has an extensive accounting background with 23 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce.
Jenna oversees all aspects of DHD and Finch Drive’s marketing campaigns and works directly with the Director of Sales and Marketing to execute sales. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Royal University. She is also a yoga teacher and loves exploring all that the Sea to Sky has to offer!
Vivian works closely with the site team and Director of Construction to manage projects’ budgets, schedules, and deliverables, as well as maintain effective and clear communication with all stakeholders. Vivian has several years of experience in the construction industry along the Sea to Sky Corridor, ranging from restoration to renovations to complex custom new builds, as well as her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a BA from McMaster University.
As a Project Manager, Liz is responsible for the overall planning and execution of projects during their life cycle. She oversees the budgeting, scheduling & procurement of the projects and coordinates with all members of the DHD team to manage the various project management requirements. Liz has over 20 years experience in the development and construction industries, most of which have been focused on the Sea to Sky Corridor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Project Management Professional Designation. When not at work, you will find her at the gym, on the trails or wearing her second hat as ‘hockey mom’.
