Reflecting on 2025 at Finch Drive
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a truly meaningful year at Finch Drive. This year marked a major milestone as we officially welcomed homeowners into both our duplexes and townhomes, completing the first two phases of the community. Seeing families move in and Finch Drive come to life has been incredibly rewarding and brings us one step closer to realizing our vision of Squamish’s most sustainable community.
Construction also continued to progress on The Levette Condos, which are now well underway, with completion anticipated in late 2026. In addition, we launched the presales of Ossa North Condos, a new collection of 1, 2, and 3 bed homes designed to elevate modern mountain living.

As we look ahead to 2026, excitement continues to build. The coming year will focus on advancing construction at The Levette, welcoming future residents through continued presales, and carrying the momentum of Ossa North forward.
