Reflecting on The Past Year at Finch Drive
As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on an extraordinary year for Finch Drive. Highlights include earning CHBA Net Zero certification for our duplex showhome, watching the community take shape, and seeing roads paved, bringing our vision to build Squamish’s most sustainable community closer to reality.

In 2025, we’re excited to continue this journey, starting with the move-in of the first two phases. The year ahead will also bring the release of our next phase at Finch Drive, offering elevated condos with our best views yet.
