The Squamish Reporter | Jan 13, 2023 The Advisory Design Panel committee of the District will meet next week to discuss a development permit application for 18, three-bedroom townhomes proposed at 1070 Finch Drive. The townhomes by local developer, Diamond Head Development, are part of the development planned during rezoning of the lots from RS-1 to mixed-use development to allow for duplexes, townhomes and apartments.
